What is a clause library?
Your organisation can define required, recommended or prohibited contract terms, such as payment dates, liability limits or service commitments. Versions of the rule set are retained and document checks follow those defined expectations.
How should a finding be interpreted?
Missing or different clauses are flagged for review, not treated as a legal conclusion. A designated reviewer checks the full context and either requests a document change or explains why the deviation is acceptable.
When does an exception need approval?
A commercially justified deviation can follow a separate exception request and approval process. The demonstration uses a liability cap of six months of fees instead of the standard twelve, with a stated reason and compensating terms. This is an illustration only. An unresolved blocking exception can prevent the document from being sent for signature.
Availability and operating conditions
Your organisation defines the rules and exception approval process. The system supports, but does not replace, professional or legal judgement.
Available functions depend on your organisation’s setup and your permissions.
