Scope of this notice

This notice covers the public contractpilot.hu product website. Contracts, user accounts and customer service data in the app.contractpilot.hu application are governed by the service’s separate notices and agreements.

Legal framework

Personal data processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.

Browsing, cookies and search

The product website uses Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement and MerLogic CookieConsent to manage preferences. Consent decisions and their history are stored in browser local storage. It has no registration, needs assessment or booking system of its own. The Contact page offers Google Calendar scheduling and a link to the external MerLogic needs assessment form. Fonts and images are served from the same website.

Search runs in your browser over the public feature descriptions. A search term becomes part of its shareable link and may therefore appear in browser history and, when that link is reopened, in server logs. Search sends no data to an AI service.

Website delivery and technical logs

To deliver the website, the host receives the network address, request time, requested URL and technical details supplied by the browser. Logging supports operation, troubleshooting and investigating abuse. Its exact scope, legal basis, recipients and retention must match the final hosting configuration.

Booking a demo with Google Calendar

The Contact page embeds MerLogic’s Google Calendar appointment schedule. The appointment schedule loads on the Contact page without a separate permission prompt. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information requested for a booking is entered in Google’s interface and is used to arrange the demonstration and communicate with you. Google’s own privacy and cookie settings may also apply. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar; this product website has no separate booking database.

Google Analytics 4

Measurement helps us understand website usage and traffic. Google Consent Mode v2 denies analytics and advertising storage by default. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies after you enable the Analytics category. If you decline, advanced Consent Mode may send cookieless measurement signals to Google. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings; analytics cookies are not permitted without valid consent.

Cookie settings and consent

MerLogic CookieConsent loads from cookieconsentlicences.merlogic.hu. That server receives the network address, referring website and technical request details. Your decision remains valid in your browser for 365 days; locally stored history can be removed by clearing site data. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Cookie preferences do not control the Google Calendar embed.

MerLogic needs assessment

The needs assessment form operates on a separate merlogic.hu page. Its operator processes the information submitted there; review that website’s privacy notice before completing the form. The ContractPilot product website does not collect or store those responses.

Contact by email

An email link opens your email application. If you send a message, its sender address, supplied name, content and attachments are used to handle your enquiry. The operator will specify separate legal bases and retention for pre-contract enquiries and other correspondence in the final notice. Providing data is voluntary, but an email reply requires a return address.

Data sharing and external links

The product website performs no profiling or automated decision-making. Opening an external link brings you under that provider’s data practices. The website’s own code does not send visitor data to marketing or AI providers. Hosting provider details appear in the Access and data security section below. Google services are also subject to the privacy policy linked above.

Access and data security

Authorised persons involved in handling enquiries and operating the service may access personal data to the extent necessary for their duties. The controller protects data against unauthorised access and alteration through appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data may be disclosed to authorities or courts where required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request information, access, correction, erasure or restriction, and in certain cases data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests to the contact above. A response is generally due within one month; you will be informed of any permitted extension and its reasons.

You may also complain directly to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or seek a judicial remedy.
